MY TAKE: If we've learned anything from history it's that an all out ban on a product just doesn't work out the way we want it to. Prohibition created a massive and deadly black market for alcohol during the 1920's in America. I'm all for sensible regulations for vapor products but an all out ban will solve nothing!
